To manage day-to-day workplace facilities operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient, and high-quality employee experience across the Tesco Bengaluru campus while supporting workplace transformation and infrastructure initiatives.

- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
- Monitoring and supervising the vendors in kitchen to ensure food is served at the respective timings, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved taste and as per FSSAI guidelines
- Monitor and validate the schedules and checklists to assess the raw materials & manpower requirement, approve and ensure it is documented,
- Examine the SOP followed, identify areas of improvement, ensure process adherence to avoid quality issues.
- Supervise the kitchen regularly; attend to all issues, Manage Chief Chef and vendors, meet audit requirements and produce necessary documents, support BAU and BCPs, manage food requirements on Holidays and Weekends.
Experience relevant for this job:
Graduate in Hotel Management Experience managing Cafe Operations preferred
