About the role


The Role - Product Manager, App (Fulfilment Experience)

As a Product Manager in the Fulfilment Experience team, you’ll shape how customers understand and choose their delivery and collection options across all propositions. This is a critical role in making Tesco the most convenient and personalised way to shop online.


You’ll own the app experience for fulfilment, ensuring customers can:

  • Clearly understand their fulfilment options for different products and services.

  • Easily choose the right option, whether that’s slot booking for Grocery Home Shopping, Click + Collect, Whoosh, F&F Clothing, or selecting which courier whilst ordering from a 3rd party via Marketplace.

  • Receive personalised fulfilment recommendations based on their preferences, history, and context.


Your work will go beyond the slot selection pages, evolving the fulfilment experience to cover all propositions and deliver a seamless, intuitive journey for millions of customers.

You will be responsible for

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and own the App product roadmap for Fulfilment Experience, aligned with customer needs and business goals.

  • Simplify complex fulfilment choices into clear, intuitive journeys.

  • Use customer insights, behavioural data, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams across India and the UK to deliver impactful features.

  • Write clear, concise user stories and manage the product backlog.

  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with your squad.

  • Ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases through rigorous testing and stakeholder alignment.

You will need

What you’ll need

  • Experience building and optimising mobile app products at scale.

  • Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery from day one.

  • Understanding of iOS and Android platforms, mobile UX patterns, and app analytics.

  • Experience with personalisation, recommendations, or fulfilment journeys is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business impact.

  • Experience working in Agile teams and writing effective user stories.

  • Passion for solving real customer problems and delivering elegant solutions.
