As a Graduate Analytics Engineer on the Cyber Analytics team, you will help transform raw data into organised, usable, well-documented, and tested data models. These data models will support security teams in drawing insights, developing reporting capabilities, advanced analytics, and solutions to enhance our security defences.
You will work closely with cross-functional security and data teams to ensure the security data is reliable, accurate, and accessible.

You will be responsible for
As a Associate Graduate Analytics Engineer you will have the opportunity to learn , grow and have an immediate impact across our teams , products and customers.
You will follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence focused on these specific risk responsibilities:
- Data Integration and Transformation: Assist in the implementation of ETL/ELT processes to move data between different layers (raw, trusted, and curated) of the data lake, supporting various real-time and batch cyber use cases.
- Data Modeling: Support the development of logical and physical data models for cyber data products to aid threat detection, incident response, and reporting.
- Coding and Documentations: Contribute to raising the quality bar of the team's codebase by producing high-quality code and documentation of data pipelines, data models and their quality metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders and data team members, actively participating in monitoring and improving the data quality of cyber data products.
You will need
You will have a strong passion for bigdata, data modelling, data quality and ETLs with some proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn ETL and ELT frameworks, data modelling and orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt
If you have exposure to cloud data platforms e.g. Databricks on Azure or similar technologies this is a plus as you will be working on these technologies.
You will have an understanding of data lakes, data warehouses and general data management concepts including some experience working with BI tools like Tableau
Alongside your passion you have a desire to learn about cybersecurity principles and practices
You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively engage with team and individuals involved in the project.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail and a collaborative approach to engineering and development
