We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to be part of this journey. You will work within a complex data and product domain, supporting the delivery of corporate and management reporting products from discovery through to rollout. The role spans the full product lifecycle and offers exposure to senior stakeholders across Distribution, Technology and Analytics.

This role requires you to be based in or near Kraków, as you will spend 60% (3 days) of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely.

You will be responsible for
Key responsibilities:
• Own and deliver features within enterprise wide reporting products, supporting global distribution and fulfilment operations
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, KPIs and decision use cases at site, country and corporate levels
• Support the definition of standardised data models, metrics and dashboards
• Relentlessly seek to understand the needs and pain points of my customers and business stakeholders
• Prioritise roadmaps with multiple optimization criteria and decisively resolve trade-offs with peers and senior leaders
• Proactively partner with peers and senior stakeholders to help set the future direction of my product as part of the wider business strategy
• Ability to visualise and explain complexity to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attitude and the aptitude to learn new product area/domain quickly
• Transparency and honesty about risks and uncertainties while pushing forward and adjusting to lessons learned
• Empathy and good listening skills to understand the needs/ pain points of your customers/ stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, writing effective user stories/ acceptance criteria
• Understanding of User Research/ Design Thinking concepts
You will need
You’ll need to have demonstrated experience of:
• Experience working with reports, dashboards or analytical products, ideally within operational or enterprise environments
• Understanding of KPIs, metrics and performance reporting for management or leadership audiences
• Familiarity with data concepts such as data sources, aggregation, transformations and data quality
• Confidence in explaining reporting logic, limitations and assumptions to stakeholders
• Working understanding of enterprise reporting and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, web based reporting platforms), including how dashboards are designed, consumed and used for management decision making.
• Domain expertise in store fulfillment is a plus
• Understanding a typical Software Development Lifecycle
• Understanding the concepts of user stories, personas, acceptance test criteria
• Understanding Agile methodologies
• Understanding tech debt and non-functional requirements like performance, security
Understanding of:
• Translating customer requirements into technical terms
• Explaining technical capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders
• Breaking down complex problems into small, deliverable chunks of work
• Building, maintaining and prioritising a product backlog using tools such as Jira
• Documenting and explaining new requirements to engineers using tools such as Confluence/Jira/Miro
• Working in cross-functional teams distributed across multiple countries
