- Managing CDA system, contract printing and direct deal tracker.
- Uploading all relevant contract to the DocuSign system and sending them out to the suppliers or sending the contracts via email to the suppliers (in case the CE Archiving Rules requests via post).
- Chasing buyers and suppliers for delivery of required commercial legal documents to meet the legal and finance requirements.
- Keeping myself up to date with legal and financial procedures, rules and processes in area of commercial contracts and commercial income.
- Passing any legal documents created outside of CDA (Central Database of Agreements) by buying teams to Legal and Financial teams according to the set rules.
- Explaining to buying teams what amendments in the documents must be done, if rejected by Finance, Legal or me (based on the CE Archiving Policy).
- Scanning approved contracts and load to CDA system according to the contracts management process, in the way described in the CDA system guide. Sending contracts referring to the other CE market to the Archivist in the relevant country for further proceeding.
- Working according to set rules, procedures and processes.
- Rising requests for improvements in procedures & processes if I see the space for improvement.
- Sample management, especially during PGR and Category Reset.
- Collaboration with other departments and suppliers.
- Managing contract deliveries for long term storage with 3rd party company.
- Managing the contract destruction based on the CE Archiving Rules and keeping the activity documented.
