WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

We are the biggest team in the Head office. Trade negotiations are our daily bread. We buy products from our suppliers to satisfy our customers. This is our purpose. We are not only responsible for buying but also selling of goods and their quality. We also create plans for display of products.

• You create the buying strategy for a specific product range. Along with the range you plan and help stores execute the category's promotional and exit strategy
• You maintain and strengthen relationship with our suppliers, and You are in daily touch with them - it is up to you to negotiate the best offers
• You continuously search for new sourcing opportunities
• Based on insight you analyse and create plans that support to achieve your financial KPIs
• You monitor the actual trends and competitors and you are open to innovations
• You cooperate with colleagues from other teams on promotions, products' display etc.
• The job involves various administrative tasks connected to our everyday processes. Being precise is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Relevant qualification and/or a minimum of 1 year of experience is an advantage
• You are friends with numbers and you are quick in Analytical situation assessment
• You are precise and punctual in administration
• You like multi-tasking
• You can easily communicate in English (both oral and written)
• You work well with Excel or if not, you consider yourself capable of learning its usage
• You will not make it without excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You are a team player who has end-to-end responsibility for your category
• You are not stressed when things do not go according to plan
• You are a strategic thinker who is not afraid to make decisions
