WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

• Deliver sourcing plan that drive great customer focused proposition, including attractive Tesco products range, fine tuned trade plan and competitive prices
• Ensure long term customer led category plan and KPIs control
• Effective supplier portfolio management and improvement across countries
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to manage relevant product cost elements for Tesco range, that drive better value for our customers
• Cooperation with several departments to deliver strategic category plan
• Responsible for category in 3 countries (HU,CZ,SK )

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• At least 2 years buying experience in Commercial
• Understanding of category management
• At least intermediate English level - B2
• MS Excel advanced user
• Strategic thinking and ability to work in matrix structure, proactive attitude and outstanding communication skills
• Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management skills
