What the job Is about:
As a CRM Campaign Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels like emails or push notifications. Your insights will help optimize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data analytics, and customer experience, offering a dynamic environment for analytical thinkers who are passionate about customer-centric growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns using segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain and optimize CRM tools and platforms.
- Monitor customer behaviour and lifecycle trends to identify opportunities for engagement.
What you will need:
- Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in one of the following fields: Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Computer Science
- Advanced level of English language (C1)
Personality requirements and skills:
- SQL Proficiency: Knowledge of SQL. You should be comfortable writing complex queries, joining datasets, and extracting actionable insights from large volumes of customer data.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision in campaign setup, testing, and reporting.
- Curious and Proactive: Eagerness to explore new tools, trends, and customer behaviours.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Results-Driven: Focused on KPIs and continuous improvement.
