This CE Capability Manager role is for fixed term and part time (0,5)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You map the capability development needs in the company.
- You design new development and talent programmes for all CE markets within all 3 formats.
- You work with and run store capability programmes for all colleagues, ensuring the right soft skill parts are included in the operational plans.
- You are responsible for partnering with business support teams for stores in terms of store technical learning topics.
- You manage or take part in different projects connected to capability development.
- You are responsible for designing all elements of the projects for new or redesign of existing development programmes.
- You prepare the implementation and communication plans and materials for all new or redesigned development solutions.
- You take part in content creation for development materials.
- You organize CE-focused events for development programmes.
- You liaise with market capability teams to ensure the planning and great implementation of the CE plans.
- You cooperate with the Group capability teams to ensure the local programmes are in line with Group strategy.
- You ensure that feedback from local operational and HO teams is included in central design.
- You are a champion of the self-learning culture and ensure it becomes a core principle in all learning and development products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
- Experience in training and development.
- Preferred past experience in retail operations.
- Engaging communication skills and Stakeholder management skills.
- Project management skills and design thinking.
