You will be responsible for

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Work start date: 1.3.2026

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining Tesco web pages and for execution of various initiatives to improve its performance like SEO, UX improvements, transformational roadmap from own channels perspective.
  • Managing digital suppliers and improving operational efficiency, operational workflows. Managing the day-to-day agency on SEO, SEO budget, providing guidance and initiatives on content development.
  • Performance analysis and evaluation of own channels to identify opportunities and gaps. Creating best practices that can deliver substantial traffic growth.
  • Integration of digital communication activities on web page, updating pages to fit marketing or trading needs & requirements. Supporting the new landing pages creation with proper SEO elements and GA4/GTM setup.
  • Providing insight to local digital teams to help in guiding content creation strategies.
  • Monitoring daily performance using platform tools like GA4, preparing scheduled and ad hoc analytical reports.
  • Lead and supervise the implementation of digital solutions, such as cloud-based technologies, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation, to streamline operations and drive productivity.
  • Analyze user feedback, website/app analytics, and customer support data to gain valuable insights into user preferences and pain points.
  • Champion a mobile and customer-first approach in all digital transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Work closely with various internal teams, including marketing, IT, product development, and data and privacy team, to ensure seamless integration of digital services and data protection policies.
You will need

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • University education
  • 3-4 years of professional experience
  • Advanced level of english (C1)
  • SEO general and specific tools - Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Collabim
  • Knowledge of Google analytics, GTM, Firebase setup and reporting, cross platform linking
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative attitude to provide solutions with high level of proactivity and independence
  • Effective time management, and project management skills
