WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

I create and deliver value to the business, drive the strategic decision making, support the respective business unit to achieve ambition through providing financial insight, challenge, strategic support and analysis.

• Partner with the business leads on delivering the commitments of the respective Business area and its Business Plans
• Constructively challenge and recommend changes the business underpinned by sound financial expertise
  - Delivering value added analysis and support with financial insight the local management
• Helping business understand year-on-year movements/up-weights on key trading decisions
• Identifing and proactively highlighting risks and working to mitigate issues
• Review, adjust and communicate strategic and operational plans and suggest corrective actions where necessary
• Lead business plan reviews to ensure plans reflect business reality; help to create choices and providing support to close performance gaps
• Work out performance KPIs together with the business and ensure that the business understands and delivers against them
• Develop, maintain and augment analytical skills to support financial analysis requirements of the business
• Steer and support the direct report(s) in delivering such analytical tools and processes
• Partner with the business on developing new, potentially useful tools, views that will push the culture to the next level
• Managing the forecast and budget process for the business functions, supporting to deliver consistent plans that are fully understood and owned by the management team
• Supporting the creation of project based business proposals
• Perform ad-hoc analysis based on requests

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Economy
• Min. 6 years of relevant working experience in Finance
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organizations and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Highly evolved financial analytical skills
