You will be responsible for

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Please mind that this role is for part-time contract and fixed-term

  • Owner and expert of a given area of store operation (like: Management structure, Dotcom, etc.)
  • Owning and maintain the productivity model of my area, doing all the work around that (Measurement, model building, model refreshment)
  • Right person to turn to for local teams regarding operating model and productivity question : consult, source of information
  • First point of contact about store hours and payroll for CE Operation Development team.
  • Cooperation with stores trough support office about updating store profiles
  • Being familiar with whole budgeting process and principles, understand the hours management for entire store operation
  • Expert of budgeting process and principles for a given area I'm responsible for
  • Understanding productivity model logic for all areas, supporting process of model validation to explain the changes to country teams on local language.
  • Responsible for right flow of Business Requests between country and CE teams, supporting discussion on local request/changes to country budget
  • Validating, and supporting calculation of budgeted hours for the given department
  • Supporting the local teams in communication of budgeted hours, changes, effects by providing insights.

 

You will need

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • University education
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
  • Process manager experience
  • Expert of productivity modeling work
  • Understanding of store operation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • MOST trained
  • Excellent communication skill both in English and in local language
  • Presentation skill
