WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Support the Marketing team in delivering the end-to-end marketing to drive market share and brand perceptions across the CE region via multi-channel effective and engaging proposition and communication campaigns. As a CE Marketing Specialist, you\ll be part of the team that creates the Customer Calendar for the region, develops and creates own brands and ranges, propositions and advertising comms to give our customers reasons to choose Tesco more often.

• Supporting with building and delivering plans for Tesco that are helpful to customers, distinctly Tesco, build the brand and drive business growth.
• Developing strong relationships with cross-function teams, managing the agendas and organisation of NWTs.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest consumer trends and competitor activities to spot issues and opportunities.
• Analysing and interpretting customer and commercial data and insight to make bold choices about where Tesco should invest.
• Practicing concept development and building strategic plans using proposition and brand management tools.
• Helping craft strategies to clarify the business opportunity, desired behavioural changes and concept on how to bring an event to life across our channels and customer touchpoints.
• Working with agencies and partners helping deliver compelling briefs and collaboratively shaping effective communications campaigns, creating toolkits and advising on implementation plans.
• Find ways to connect with Tesco Group (UK and ROI) to improve sharing of  knowledge, skills and capability to improve what you do.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• University education
• Min. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Marketing and FMCG or Retail
• Advanced level of English language knowledge (C1)
• MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communications
