WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
- Identify opportunities within the delivery network to improve service quality, efficiency and commercial performance
- Ensure new customer fulfilment setups meet operational requirements and proactively identify potential risks
- Optimise fleet scheduling through effective route planning and shift design in cooperation with logistics partners
- Own and manage capacity planning and changes to ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and support growth projects (e.g. new store openings, expansion of delivery areas)
- Provide data-driven insights and support to Operations teams to improve day-to-day performance
- Monitor daily operational reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Improve reporting processes and identify new data sources to better understand business performance
- Share knowledge and collaborate closely with international stakeholders and internal teams
- Continuously analyse processes and drive improvements in a fast-changing environment
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
- University degree
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a data-driven role (e.g. analytics, reporting, operations)
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools
- Experience with tools such as Python and/or Alteryx is an advantage
- Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS) is a plus
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with international teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive, resilient and solution-oriented approach
