The role involves being a supportive team member who handles maintenance-related inquiries from Tesco employees in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will act as the main point of contact and manage support tickets in collaboration with Level 2 resolver teams.
- Provide support to Tesco colleagues
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience
- Forwarding maintenance issues to subcontractors
- Take ownership of the issue
- Escalate contacts efficiently
- Please note this position requires working in shifts to support CE Tesco stores 24/7

- Graduate/ high school education
- Advanced Czech or Slovak language skills
- Advanced Hungarian language skills
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
