You will be responsible for

The role involves being a supportive team member who handles maintenance-related inquiries from Tesco employees in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will act as the main point of contact and manage support tickets in collaboration with Level 2 resolver teams.

  • Provide support to Tesco colleagues
  • Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience
  • Forwarding maintenance issues to subcontractors
  • Take ownership of the issue
  • Escalate contacts efficiently
  • Please note this position requires working in shifts to support CE Tesco stores 24/7

You will need
  • Graduate/ high school education
  • Advanced Czech or Slovak language skills
  • Advanced Hungarian language skills
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
