As wine expert Marketing Manager, you'll be part of the team that creates and communicates compelling reasons for millions of customers to choose Tesco for wine and food. You'll lead the end to end marketing of our wine expertise, leveraging our in-house experts (e.g. Master of Wine), award-winning range, and distinctive brand voice. Your role will be to shape and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that position Tesco as a premium, expert retailer of wine and food.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary

• Leading the development and delivery of marketing plans that showcase Tesco’s wine and food expertise, driving customer engagement and business growth.
• Creating clear, insight-led strategies that define the business opportunity, desired customer behaviour, and how to bring our wine proposition to life across all customer touchpoints.
• Using customer and financial insight to make bold recommendations and prioritise investment.
• Briefing and collaborating with external agencies to develop creative campaigns that are distinctly Tesco.
• Working with Media Planning and Channel teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
• Forecasting, managing and tracking marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reviewing campaign performance and creative effectiveness with the Insight team.
• Identifying opportunities to grow Tesco’s wine proposition through UK Retail Media platforms.
• Staying curious and spotting trends, innovations and market activity to inform future plans.
• Proven success in marketing award-winning wine and food.
• Leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Crafting and delivering strategic and creative marketing briefs.
