Tesco Ireland is currently seeking to recruit a Personalised Comms Manager who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do, delivering on a helpful, personalised experience for our customers. This role will help drive forward Tesco’s personalisation ambition through best-in-class execution across paid and owned communications.

- Execution of the ROI personalised comms strategy, to deliver LFL sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Personalisation Insights team to understand and execute the Tesco Ireland Personalisation Strategy.
- Support optimisation of personalised comms channels including but not limited to CRM, Push Notifications, Gamification and Digital Media to make best use of insights in segmentation timing, targeting and content.
- Work closely with Tesco Group to optimise delivery of personalisation execution.
- Work with Tesco IT and Group teams to ensure platforms are optimised per the Personalisation strategy.
- Build and manage campaigns with messaging to customers, personalised according to interests, behaviours, shopper mission, lifecycle stage, engagement level, etc.
- Work with the insights team to complete post execution reviews to ensure consistent improvements.
- Feed into the Customer annual and quarterly integrated planning process, outlining key new initiatives to drive performance across all customer life stages and areas for optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to fuel 1st party data enhancement and use while also partnering with relevant agencies to utilise any 2nd or 3rd party data opportunities.
- Follow the Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
- University degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, or related field
- Experience in roles working with CRM, Data, Digital comms channels, ideally in a retail environment
- Experience working with a Marketing Automation Platform to deliver communications across email and SMS
- Experience working with and understanding data using Tableau and Power BI to draw conclusions on campaign and business performance
Desired
- Technical experience across Google Tag Manager, SQL, building customer lists, and building API connections between data sources
