HOW IS WORKING IN THE PEOPLE TEAM SPECIAL?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the Learning and Development agenda and team in the Czech republic. Being first contact for Head of Country People Operation, other leadership teams and local People Team - informing and engaging them on L&D activities. Planning and organizing workload within the local L&D team.
  • Taking ownership or development programmes e.g. SM trainees, Young talents, Graduates
  • Implementing of all trainings and training programmes in Czech republic. Delivering face to face or online/digital training sessions
  • Consulting with Group and CE development teams on the newly designed trainings and learning solutions. Influencing the design stage by giving feedback and having insight/knowledge of the local training environment
  • Delivering or facilitating development workshops (and facilitating team learning groups)
  • Translating, validating & implementing trainings and training tools (e.g. learning toolkit) adapting them in order to fit the best to the local needs
  • Delivering training to trainers, support colleagues from People operations team with development of their training techniques
  • Proactively identifying and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Covering organization and administration of (internal & external) training courses and also its facilitation
  • Acting as a coach for managers or talented colleagues
  • Supporting colleagues with creating their own bespoke development plan on demand basis
  • Acting as an ambassador of the self learning culture by knowing all development tools and materials available and supporting the people partners and line managers in development related topics
  • Advise options for learning events and actively take part in organizing them.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University education
  • Advanced English both spoken and written (B2)
  • Project management skills
  • Microsoft system knowledge
  • Ability to coach and teach others
  • Experience with online training platforms
  • Experience in delivering training and designing training content
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Abillity to design learning solutions
  • Open, kind, patient, communicative
