About the role
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviour and price insights
- Provide actionable recommendations and drive the right Customer-focused decisions
- Collaborate with local and central teams to improve customer price perception
- Gather and interpret data in presentable form (market position, price position, customer KPIs, macro KPIs)
- Develop customer narratives and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Support pricing interventions and insight-driven initiatives
- You will collaborate closely with customer, commercial finance and CE teams
- Attend key meetings (e.g. TPG, PSG, Proposition, Trade)
- Lead and manage insight and price-related projects
What you´ll need:
- University degree
- 3–4 years of experience in insights (market & customer) , strategy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English level B2 or higher
- Skilled in storytelling, critical thinking, and structured problem solving
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally
