WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Please mind this role is for fixed-term.

• Oversee the set-up of locally initiated coupons to ensure offers are customer focused and in line with coupon principles and guidelines
• Manage delivery of locally initiated coupons through Coupon Centre of Excellence team, prioritizing workload and providing support and an escalation route
• Ensure constantly efficient cooperation & communication flow within the coupon team in CE & Coupon Center of Excellence team
• Working with local stakeholders across customer & product teams on how coupons can support business objectives
• Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed
• Deliver coupon and offer service to the business in the most cost effective way, on time and without any malfunctions
• Manage the coupon testing processes in stores
• Preparation of financial reports for coupons, vouchers and points financing reports (periodical and ad-hoc reports)
• Engage in & support ad hoc projects as per line manager's request

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
• High School studies
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Confident knowledge of Excel
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Planning and organising
• Managing complex processes and systems
• Stakeholder management
