WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Please mind this role is for fixed-term.
- Oversee the set-up of locally initiated coupons to ensure offers are customer focused and in line with coupon principles and guidelines
- Manage delivery of locally initiated coupons through Coupon Centre of Excellence team, prioritizing workload and providing support and an escalation route
- Ensure constantly efficient cooperation & communication flow within the coupon team in CE & Coupon Center of Excellence team
- Working with local stakeholders across customer & product teams on how coupons can support business objectives
- Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed
- Deliver coupon and offer service to the business in the most cost effective way, on time and without any malfunctions
- Manage the coupon testing processes in stores
- Preparation of financial reports for coupons, vouchers and points financing reports (periodical and ad-hoc reports)
- Engage in & support ad hoc projects as per line manager's request
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- High School studies
- Intermediate level of English (B1)
- Confident knowledge of Excel
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Planning and organising
- Managing complex processes and systems
- Stakeholder management
