About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tesco Creative Studio. Our work across Tesco Group, including Retail, IMS, and Mobile, as well as multiple markets in the UK, ROI & Central Europe. This role will be focused on ensuring best-in-class creative execution and operational efficiency across the Creative Studio.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
  • Creative Workflow Management – Oversee production from briefing to completion, managing timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Technology & Systems Management - Support automation and AI-based tools to improve efficiency. Ensure teams have the right tools and access (Adobe CC, Figma, Workfront, etc.).
  • Process Optimisation – Develop streamlined workflows, improve briefing processes, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with key stakeholders to align creative executions with KPIs and secure buy-in for campaigns.
  • Resource & Capacity Management – Ensure the right resources are allocated efficiently, tracking team capacity and utilisation.
  • Reporting & Decision-Making – Use data and performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and inform process improvements to drive team productivity.
You will need
  • Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or production.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
