Tesco Ireland is currently seeking to recruit a Customer strategy and growth executive with strong influencing and project management skills and excellent attention to detail. The Customer strategy and growth executive supports the Customer strategy and growth manager with the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies to retain existing customers and drive growth opportunities across the Tesco Ireland ecosystem by understanding customer trends, behaviours and data to improve satisfaction, loyalty and revenue.

- Supporting the Customer strategy and growth manager to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty to drive growth.
- Coordinating agenda for the weekly cross-functional trade driving forum where strategy development through to execution and evaluation is managed across marketing, product, finance and operations teams.
- Working closely with dunnhumby and the product team to develop and manage retail media growth pipeline.
- Representing the customer’s voice and perspective internally to ensure customer needs are considered across the business.
- Monitoring and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer growth and satisfaction. Measure and evaluate the results of customer strategy initiatives to optimize their effectiveness.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within and outside own function and develop and actively maintain a positive relationship across the Tesco business in Ireland.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
- Relevant 2+ years’ marketing experience
- Primary Degree or master’s degree in marketing
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Understand the current and evolving omnichannel retail landscape, market and competitors
