You will be responsible for

Are you looking for a  part-time opportunity where you can make a real difference every day? Join our warm, professional support team and help us provide top-level service to Tesco customers and colleagues across Hungary.

You'll be the voice of support—whether by phone or email—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, helpful experience. Your contribution will help keep things running efficiently for both our colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary
  • Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
  • Taking ownership of the issue
  • Escalating contacts efficiently

You will need

For this role you will have:

  • Graduate/ high school education
  • Native or advanced Hungarian language 
  • Intermediate English 
  • Nice to have Slovak/Czech language 
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest

Working hours: 20 hours/week
5 days a shift: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Days off are provided in line with Hungarian labour law.
