- Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
- Cover full agenda of commercial income in local country focused on Finance area and related tasks
- Responsibility for controlling and processing direct deal and volume-based deal contracts
- Check the correctness of contracts and confirm those are in line with legal, accountant and tax rules
- Control and validate signatures and all timing in contract
- Secure the subject of contract, specification in 'Text on invoice' field as a message to supplier and potential Government Authority check will be acceptable
- Keep knowledge to explain legislation breach and limits to Product team if necessary
- Accountability for data processing, invoice data calculation and reporting
- Work with wide range IT software and process and manage data from contracts within more independent systems and coordinate data integrity between these systems
- Responsible for correct calculation of both type of bonuses within Supplier Income Application (direct deals and volume-based deals)
- Only Supplier Income Team is accountable for correct modification and approval of invoicing amount of supplier income
- Providing reports and analytics required by Manager and the business
- Commercial income period accrual creation and managing is another area covered by this role and requires upper intermediate knowledge of economics and accounting rules
- Ensuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with
- Supplier Query solution area management
- Coordinating and supporting SI related projects as a lead
- Conducting trainings for any SI relevant department
- College/University/High school degree preferably in Finance & Accounting
- At least 2-4 years experience in Finance
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
- Advanced MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced reporting skills
- Tax knowledge is a plus
