You will be responsible for
Demonstrating Strategic thinking and thought leadership on evolving efficient P2P process.
• Focus on efficient end to end process in P2P and ensuring to meet/exceed the SLA's
Operating, designing & driving culture on Continuous Improvement in team.
Collaborating with Business Transformation, Technology, TBS Finance, Service Management Office, Finance Project
• Ensure proven controls within the processes
• Challenging processes and practices with a continuous improvement attitude
• Develop and cultivate talent in the team and develop a hard-working team
• Create environment of Learning & Development, build culture of visibility and inclusiveness.
• Ensure process governance throughout the team including regular reporting and analysis to key partners
• Partner with partners in markets for any change to be driven in markets/ process.
• Be change champion, leading some of the changes in process to make it more efficient and effective
