Join our Business Support team within the CCEC Maintenance function and experience the inner workings of how we support store operations across multiple Central European markets. The team plays a crucial role in triaging and resolving store-level issues, collaborating with resolver teams, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly in Tesco stores.
What you'll be doing:
As an intern, you will assist the team in managing incoming queries and service tickets from stores in Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the handling of Business Support and Back Office-related requests from Tesco store colleagues
- Managing internal support tickets and ensuring timely updates
- Acting as a contact point for users and coordinating with second-level resolver teams
- Assisting team members with operational or data-related queries during the issue resolution process
You will work closely with experienced team members, giving you valuable insight into issue resolution workflows and interdepartmental coordination in a large retail operation.

- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Structured mindset and attention to detail
- Confidence in using basic IT tools (e.g. Excel, ticketing systems a plus)
