Join our Customer & Product team and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and cross-functional areas of Tesco Business Solutions. This department plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service across multiple areas—from supplier onboarding and product induction to system support and invoice resolution.
What you'll be doing:
As an intern, you'll support one (or maximum two) of our teams in their day-to-day operations. Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to:
- Supplier induction processes
- Invoice query resolution
- Market analysis and pricing support
- System and process-related support for buyers and suppliers
- Product induction and data quality management
- Leaflet and feature coordination for marketing materials
You'll take part in the same onboarding and training as our full-time colleagues, allowing you to gain a real sense of corporate life at Tesco. Based on your strengths, you may also get the opportunity to contribute to efficiency, experience, or cost-saving projects.
What we're looking for:
- Ongoing University studies
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proactive attitude and flexibility to support a range of teams
- Curiosity to learn about retail operations, supplier processes, and commercial data
- Good command of English
- Basic Excel skills (additional system knowledge is a plus)
