Join our Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre (CCEC) and gain hands-on experience supporting Tesco customers and colleagues through real-life service interactions and process improvement initiatives. This internship is a great opportunity to see the frontline of a customer-focused organization while also contributing to long-term operational improvements.
What you'll be doing:
As an intern, you'll start with comprehensive training and spend the first part of the program handling customer calls and emails, supporting either the Clubcard or GHS (Grocery Home Shopping) team. This will give you a deep understanding of our customers\ needs and how we deliver service excellence.
After this period, you'll shift your focus toward documenting and improving internal processes, working closely with our Operational Support Leads. This phase of the internship will strengthen your analytical, communication, and documentation skills while giving you insight into continuous improvement in a dynamic customer service environment.
