You will be responsible for
Are you interested in how HR operations work behind the scenes in a multinational company? Join our People Services function at Tesco Business Solutions and gain practical experience in a wide range of HR support processes, from payroll and employee data to systems and administration.
Our People Services function is made up of four specialized teams, each supporting key elements of the employee lifecycle. As an intern, you\ll rotate between or support one of these teams, depending on current needs and your interest.
What you'll be doing:
You'll contribute to various tasks that ensure smooth and compliant HR operations across our Central European markets. Depending on the team, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting payroll closure and generating exit-related documentation
- Managing medical documentation and employment-related data updates
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Helping prepare and archive forms and HR-related documents
- Running system reports, maintaining data quality, and supporting internal tools
- Liaising with employees or external authorities under supervision
- Supporting the overall administration and operation of our internal HR systems
