You will be responsible for
The Lead Business Projects leads & handles multiple medium, small-scale & seasonal Payroll and Pensions projects independently.
Also, support Project Managers on complex projects and ensure deliverables are met on time & accurately.
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
-Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team
-Demonstrating deep expertise and domain knowledge to deliver projects
-Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, pro-actively liaising with policy team to identifying payroll changes resulting from
employment legislation changes as well as internal business procedures
-Leading Payroll / Pensions, Reward & Benefits projects in conjunction with Market COE's like annual salary review, bonus scheme,
annual benefits statement, etc..
-Preparing test plans, creating test cases, executing and tracking defects, preparing & submitting test closure reports
- Performing yearly reconciliations of data, initiating corrective measures and identifying process controls by working along with the
Admin Teams
-Taking up project end to end execution independently
-Efficiently handling tasks and project deliverables with regular updates to partners
-Leading governance calls and providing project status to management
Also, support Project Managers on complex projects and ensure deliverables are met on time & accurately.
