About the role
Support Manager in driving Tesco’s energy initiatives by monitoring consumption, leading and driving energy efficiency projects, and 
enabling data-driven decisions. Partner with regional teams, mentor associates, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: 
- Oversee energy monitoring frameworks and drive strategic insights across the Tesco group.
- Lead cross-functional energy-saving initiatives with measurable impact.
- Own post-investment review processes and ensure learnings are institutionalized.
- Lead the development of energy budgets and forecasts aligned with procurement strategy.
- Act as a key partner to Regional Energy Managers, influencing decisions at a strategic level.
- Mentor and guide junior associates in energy management practices.
- Ensure delivery excellence across the team, maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions and geographies.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively deliver solutions with agility.
- Lead team meetings, training programs, and capability-building initiatives.
- Being a Champion for continuous improvement culture and lead CI projects.
- Ensure KPI governance and drive accountability across the team.
- Embody and promote Tesco values in leadership and decision-making

You will need
5-7 years of experience in Energy domain and Data analytics. 
Expert in energy management preferably in Retail segment
Ability to understand problems, handling large datasets and 
Good understanding on data statistics, logical reasoing and 
translate data into meaningful insights
