WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

• Partner with the business leads on delivering the commitments of the Product, Customer and Stock area, and its Business plans
• Constructively challenge and recommend changes to the business underpinned by sound financial expertise
• Review, adjust and communicate strategic and operational plans and suggest corrective actions, where necessary
• Lead business plan reviews to ensure plans reflect business reality
• Help to create choices and providing support to close performance gaps
• Work out performance KPIs together with the business, and ensure the business understands and delivers against that
• Provide consultancy and financial support to the business
• Being a co-pilot business partner, with the right balance of support and challenge

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Min 6-8 years professional experience
• Commercial experience
• Experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organisations
• Experience in engaging senior leadership stakeholders
