Job Summary:
This role is responsible to work cross functionally to drive the controls agenda for UK & ROI Business. 
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: 
- Support day to day Balance Sheet Control and Governance Activities and work on improvement of the process / tool.  
- Ensure compliance to various Finance Policies (Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Journals etc) while performing above. 
- Responsible to perform SOX / KFC assessment as per agreed scope and approach 
-Responsible for conducting Process / control reviews and various control activities (SOD analysis, Data flow etc.) including adequate 
and appropriate coverage & timely updates on key issues.  
- Has adequate process knowledge and able to connect / understand the risks in the existing operations and apply existing process 
knowledge to analyse the impact on overall financial with the ability to identify financial risks while defining new operations.  
- Work with cross functional teams to mitigate risk and take steps to avoid recurrence of the issue. 
- Lead the process of closure of Audit observations 
- Work collaboratively with different stakeholder like Operations teams, GCC, Group Finance and other teams as required to drive overall 
control agenda.  
- Support month end balance sheet controls close process and other control activities. 
- Team Spirit and Leadership Behaviors exhibited 
-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit 
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management 
-Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team

* Accounting Basic concepts (Including Golden rules) 
Required: 
* Adv MSOffice  - MS Excel , Word, Powerpoint 
* Balance sheet Reconciliation & P&L concepts  
* IT Tools Acumen  
* Conceptual Knowledge of IFRS / IAS 
* Problem solving 
* Experience with analysing processes and interpreting Key 
* Working Knowledge on ERP - Oracle / Other ERP In Finance 
Finance controls needed for processes
