About the role
The UK and ROI Pensions Scheme Administrator Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the requests of all members related to pension schemes for both the UK and Republic of Ireland. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, providing expert guidance on pension matters, and leading a team of pension administrators.

You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
-Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pensions administration team, including workload management, track workflow, review SLAs
and KPIs, and ensure process adherence with regular audits and and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manager queries and escalations, provide expert guidance and support to team members on complex pension administration issues.
- Ensure compliance with UK pension regulations and company policies, on audit support maintain organized records and ensure timely communication.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the pensions administration team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including pension scheme members.
- Prepare and present accurate regular reports on team performance and pension administration activities to senior management.
- Stay up to date with changes in pension legislation and industry best practices, ensuring the team remains compliant and informed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Capacity and Resource Planning support to be provided by forecasting workload, identify risks, and address capability gaps through assessments and training.
- Business partnering in healthy collaboration with other teams and functions by scheduling regular meetings, easy communication, and align goals for seamless service delivery.

You will need
4+ Years of experience in UK and Ireland Pension exprience.
Adv MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Graduates level education (Commerce preferred)
Regulatory Knowledge - In-depth understanding of UK pension
Process Mapping Tools and Techniques regulations, including The Pensions Regulator’s requirements,
HMRC regulations, and GDPR Process Coaching Employee Data Management
Experience in managing and participating in pension-related
HR Systems Proficiency projects, such as Data corrections, system upgrades, data
Compliance and Risk Management
Proven experience in leading a team of pension administrators, including performance monitoring, workload management, stake holder management
