This role leads the strategy and delivery of the My Tesco Services platform, which includes navigation, colleague experience, access management, global components, personalisation, accessibility, and in-app communications such as notifications. You will manage a team of Product Managers and work cross-functionally to deliver both existing services and new capabilities that support the future super experience for all Tesco colleagues.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary

You will be responsible for

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for My Tesco Services.

• Drive the evolution of the colleague experience into a unified super experience.

• Manage and coach a team of Product Managers across multiple service areas.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product domains to deliver centralised solutions that are built once, to be used by many.

• Ensure accessibility, personalisation, and usability are embedded in all services.

• Lead discovery and MVP definition for new features and capabilities.

• Showcase and advocate for My Tesco Services across the organisation.

• Identify opportunities to improve colleague experience and drive adoption.

• Align product efforts with broader business goals and colleague needs.

• Represent My Tesco Services in cross-domain forums and strategic initiatives.
