Tesco Hungary Hybrid Full-Time Apply by 31-Mar-2026
About the role
The Online CE Programme role focuses on driving the delivery of strategic online initiatives across Central Europe, ensuring alignment with Tesco’s technology and business objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating complex, cross-functional programmes that enhance both web and app experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support customer growth. It involves managing dependencies across multiple markets, overseeing governance processes, and ensuring timely execution of outcomes such as capacity optimisation, loyalty propositions, and platform convergence.
Specifically, the role will own and deliver the consolidated OneApp feature set across both in-store and online shopping experiences for the Central Europe (CE) markets, landing agreed regional outcomes in the next financial year. As CE converges onto the group technology platform, the role will evolve to take on wider parts of the group strategy.
