You will be responsible for
In this job, I am accountable for:
-  Support the MDM officers/senior officers to address any operational challenges 
-  Ensure seamless operations by providing process and compliance related mentorship to the team as the need 
arises 
-  Supervise and report adherence of the MDM team to all applicable critical metrics/SLAs 
-  Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all periodic and ad-hoc reporting request by functional leads 
-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on projects that are advised towards improvement of up-stream and 
down-stream processes 
-  Assist in data integrity checks and audits to ensure master data is consistent globally, and in compliance with 
policies and procedures at Tesco 
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence 
-  Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams 
-  Deep expertise in a particular process or field 
-  First line team supervisory responsibility on process mentoring, on the job training, coordinating and presenting 
-  Maintain relationships with multiple partners, handle partner concerns within process 
-  Solves complex operational problems
