- Developing and leading a high performing team, crafting an environment for success by setting direction and mentoring them to
succeed through inspiring conversations every day
- Delivering the Business Plans by Making decisions within Policy framework
-Leading, governing and extending support for daily operations inclusive of process, policies and lead all aspects of systems
maintenance
-Leading, maintaining, reviewing, and improving the SLAs, critical metrics and other Business and Customer Metrics in line with the Big
6 and other business strategies
-Aligning self and team to the Tesco Business plans and strategies for Odessy 26 and beyond
- Partnering with the Market to drive category strategy by collaborating and leveraging on the skills within TBS
- Having a seat at the table by solving business problems for Buyers, Merchandisers and Product Transformation team and building
trusted partnership with Stakeholders
-Cross functional collaboration within and across TBS to create a value stream network driving efficiency end to end
