About the role
A Digital Partner within Group People Services organisation plays a key role in enabling transformation within hire to retire services, by engaging and influencing various capabilities within Tesco like Technology, Product, Digital Transformation, Group Process Experience, Enterprise Analytics, etc.

You will be responsible for
  • Collaborate with Group People Services leadership team to define and implement the digital strategy for Group People Services.
  • Create a single transformation roadmap in collaboration with Technology teams, RPA and EA to create visibility of the priorities for the year, therefore Ops teams can ensure readiness and support.
  • Design a clear GPS efficiency / save to invest plan in partnership with GPS LT Chair structured robust governance to bring transparency and confidence on the delivery of planned releases / changes.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance people services e2e processes, improve colleague experiences and build robust system-based controls with predictive modelling.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging RPA teams to automate people services processes to improve quality and efficiency; and work with the right teams to ensure implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI across the Group People Services colleague journeys to enhance colleague experience; and work with the right teams to ensure implementation.
  • Partner with Group Process Experience to optimise e2e processes making them efficient and future fit for automation.
  • Partner with Enterprise analytics to utilize data analytics to drive insights and decision-making related to colleague experience and outcomes.
  • Advocate for user-centric design in digital solutions to enhance colleague engagement and satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from People Services teams to continuously improve digital services and tools.
You will need
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
▪ Proven experience in digital transformation, HR technology implementation, or similar roles
▪ Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
▪ Proficiency in HR technologies and data analytics tools
▪ Excellent project management and organisational skills
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
▪ Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
▪ Proactive thinker with a solution-focused mindset
