You will be responsible for

We are looking for an experienced Service Management professional who can drive operational excellence, improve service performance, and support business growth through strong collaboration, governance, and data-driven decision making.

In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and help create efficient and scalable operational processes.

 

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of service functions, operational processes, systems, and reporting structures
  • Monitor and analyse service metrics, identify trends or performance issues, and provide clear insights for leadership teams
  • Support and strengthen service management practices across different business areas
  • Lead regular service reviews with stakeholders and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed
  • Act as the main point of contact for service-related operational matters
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting, governance, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve service performance and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare governance materials, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
You will need

What You Will Bring

  • 8-10 years of experience in Operations, Programme Management, or Service Management roles
  • Experience working across multiple business and technology functions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting complex datasets
  • Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Experience establishing or improving service management frameworks is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and change management skills
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken
