You will be responsible for
- Accountable for end-to-end recruitment process encompassing all activities leading to selection 
- Responsible for documentation prior to joining/ movement including offer rollout and post offer engagement to ensure seamless on boarding to the open vacancy 
- Builds new strategies and practices, and proactively looks for innovative ideas and ways to improve service management framework and critical metric/SLA 
- Continuously gather and share market practices and refine the hiring process along with key partners - Uses market expertise in distinct and strategic skills to identify, develop and acquire outstanding talent - Represent the function in key performance reviews with senior business partners, this is not limited to your immediate area of delivery
 - Engages and grows passive talent for current and future business demands - Uses data analysis techniques and technology to predict and influence 
- Advocate for the candidate/colleague and build a magical experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process 
- Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles and partner with them to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives 
- Working along with central teams across people functions, business functions to deliver on priorities for the organization

You will need
Sourcing and Screening Profiles Coordination, Planning & Organizing Candidate closing techniques Negotiation Skill Numeracy Skills, Problem Solving Process Mapping tools and techniques Measure recruitment effectiveness Market mapping techniques. Process improvement to achieve KPIs and SLAs, Relevant Domain/ Industry knowledge Consulting and Partnering, Commercial Acumen, Colleague Experts. 
Strong people management experience of 2-3 years in leading teams.
