HOW IS WORKING IN THE MARKETING TEAM SPECIAL?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong analytic thinking; highly important ability to think outside the box about Customer needsGreat Presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint & Presentation skills
  • Understanding of Czech Retail market
  • You create Event and Season evaluation in cooperation with Insight team to prepare storytelling – navigation of Customer Proposition team why, what and how
  • You support Local Customer and Product governance meetings
  • You monitor market and prepare overviews and trends (weekly overview, monitor what has changed year on year, support Product team by competitors overview)
  • You are deputy of Country Head of Proposition
  • You manage the Yearly Master Plan
  • Based on your findings, you create the strategy and proposition plan that connect customer needs with market/product trends

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • B2/C1 English knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Focus on personal development
  • 3-4 years Experience in Product or Marketing, especially customer insight and trends
  • Very strong analytical thinking and skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong focus on customer needs
  • You are a team player
  • Skilled time management with the ability to prioritize goals
  • Ability to lead multi-functional tasks and projects with strong problem-solving and collaboration
  • Resilience, responsiveness and empathy are your strengths
