- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

- Produce high‑quality motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns across social media, online display, email, digital screens, and web platforms.
- Adapt existing assets and templates into multiple formats and versions at scale while maintaining strong brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Copywriters, and Channel Owners to deliver assets that meet campaign goals and channel‑specific requirements.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and creative excellence.
- Support post‑production tasks such as video editing, sound syncing, colour correction, and visual effects as needed.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust motion design toolkit and asset library to enhance production speed, efficiency, and consistency.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced in‑house creative team or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of aspect ratios, file formats, and compression settings for a wide range of digital channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative, high‑impact motion design work across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with retail, e‑commerce, or content‑led marketing is a strong advantage.
