  • Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Operations Manager

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering results through collaboration and innovation? At One Stop, we’re looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our store ordering and replenishment strategy across new, refit, core, and franchise stores. You’ll work cross-functionally with property, retail, franchise, distribution, product, and supplier teams to ensure availability, reduce waste, and deliver the most cost-effective route to market.

You will be responsible for
  •  KPI Delivery 
  • To manage New & Refit Store ordering to deliver availability and waste targets
  • I work with property, retail, franchise, distribution, product & suppliers to provide most cost effective route to market
  • My team create accurate store orders to reduce number of franchise amends and improve compliance to contingency orders
  • Launch new stores with less than 50 gaps across the store
  • I ensure we release optimum order volume through forward forecast & replenishment setting management,
  •  I Identify trends and agree tactics for group of stores with the Head of Supply Chain to deliver the best possible results
  • Me & my team always strive to deliver the task at the lowest possible cost to the business
  • Work with property and franchise teams to deliver new store and refits on time
  • I work with franchise team to ensure store ordering process is measured and compliance is delivered
  • I have a live action plan for store ordering improvement across core and franchise stores and work collaboratively with other functions to deliver
  • Team performance & Delivery
  • My team are proficient in all aspects of the replenishment systems
  • My team deliver the day job & I am able to be involved in wider business projects
  • My team understand the current financial position of the business.
  • I manage & develop the team in terms of process & systems in order to deliver continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
  • Me & my team are able to match pace with the changing needs of the business.
  • Through coaching & development I ensure I have a robust succession plan
  • My team are given clear direction 
  • I coach the team through event management i.e. range changes & seasonal periods
  • My team are proficient in service level & supplier management 
  • My team demonstrate respect & fairness to our suppliers
  • My team are all Met on their performance review against the objectives & behaviours

Skills I need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Supply Chain principles and Systems 
  • Proficient in forecasting ,Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement 
  • I display high level end to end supply chain knowledge & potential impacts 
  • Pro-active problem solve 
  • Developing long term plans to aid continuous supply chain improvement 
  • Proficient in change management 
  • Precise planning & Organising 
  • Great understanding of excel
