As a Trading Development Executive, you'll help shape how Tesco delivers a personalised and engaging digital experience for millions of customers. You'll be part of a team focused on improving our on-site content capabilities—making sure we’re always relevant, inspiring, and easy to shop. Working closely with the Online Trading Development Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll support the development and delivery of key initiatives. You'll help bring new capabilities to life—like segmentation, orchestration, and personalising content—while also improving processes and driving efficiencies.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

- Supporting the rollout of segmentation capabilities via our CMS, enabling personalised content across the online portfolio
- Helping define and test new customer segments and audiences to improve relevance and engagement
- Identifying tools and opportunities to improve discoverability and perception of value through content
- Contributing to buy list optimisation by rolling out new ideas and components that drive basket adds and customer loyalty
- Supporting A/B testing initiatives to measure the impact of personalised content and inform future development
- Use data and insight to identify 1:1 personalised content testing opportunities, especially for Grocery Home Shopping and Dotcom
- Collaborating with teams to test and learn from initiatives that support value and convenience
- Supporting the integration of a new CMS, acting as a key link between Technology, Creative, and Online Content teams
- Presenting ideas and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations to support communication and decision-making
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences online
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and be curious about how things can be improved
- Creative thinking and a willingness to look outside the box for new opportunities and ideas
- Confidence in presenting ideas and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Experience creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations to support communication and decision-making
- Experience in digital trading, content management, or eCommerce
