Ensuring all deliverables with regards to number of transactions related to various administrative tasks connected with People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines.
- Setting up and maintenance of colleague data, validation of time and attendance information, administration of benefits, etc.
- Process inputs within defined timelines and quality.
- Use best judgement to asses if request is valid (correct in form, or as per the process defined in the SOP).
- Accuracy and time taken to process the request and raise queries (where required) is maintained as per process standards and deliver work as per the standard operating procedures defined for each of these processes: setting up of New Joiners on Payroll System, generating contracts for New Joiners, Transfers and Leavers, maintenance of existing colleagues data by making changes as and when requested, coordinate with vendors for ordering discount cards, vouchers, anniversary certificates and other benefits, setting up / modification / cancellation of various colleague benefits.
