You will be responsible for
  • Responsible for leading HR activities, colleague life cycle and delivery of annual people routines
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing guidance to managers on people management practices, people development principles, talent and performance management approach, build capacity, supporting the performance process
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by building relationships with the leaders and colleagues
  • Facilitating the talent cycle and encouraging the internal movement of colleagues for their development
  • Supporting delivery of engagement strategies, playing a key role in action planning
  • Coaching managers on the reward principles

 

You will need
  • University or college degree
  • Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner in an international environment, Shared Service Centre experience is preferred
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders

 

Please note this position is a maternity cover with a fix term one year agreement.
