About the Role
Clothing shopping is one of the most emotional and high‑consideration journeys in retail. As a Clothing Product Manager you will be part of the Clothing CX team where you’ll focus on the parts of the Clothing Customer Experience that create the most value for customers and the business. You will have the freedom to solve the highest‑impact problems or opportunities across the end‑to‑end journey - from how customers discover great outfits, to how they feel confident choosing size and fit, through to delivery, returns, and repeat engagement. You’ll focus on outcomes, not screens, and you’ll shape solutions wherever they drive the biggest improvement in customer experience. You will play a key role in shaping how customers browse, choose, and enjoy our clothing products across all digital touchpoints.
Your mission is to create a frictionless, inspiring, confidence‑building journey that helps every customer find what they want, choose the right size, feel assured in their purchase, and enjoy a seamless post‑purchase experience. You’ll use data, insights, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to identify pain points and opportunities and deliver improvements that directly impact conversion, return rates, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
You will work as part of a cross-functional squad and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Clothing Category teams, Fulfilment, and Stores.
