This role is the product owner for Tesco’s Digital Workplace productivity platform, with Microsoft 365 as its core capability.
You will define how colleagues collaborate, communicate and get work done using modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity capabilities.
You will own the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle for the Digital Workplace platform, ensuring it evolves in line with colleague needs, operational stability and security requirements.
Working across Engineering, Security, Identity, Change and business teams, you will translate technology capabilities into practical productivity outcomes, ensuring the platform remains modern, well-governed and valuable for a global retailer.
This role focuses on product strategy, capability evolution and value delivery, rather than platform administration and is a fantastic opportunity to join Tesco Technology!

- Own the roadmap for Tesco’s Digital Workplace productivity platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities, colleague experience, operational efficiency and risk posture.
- Lead product discovery, prioritisation and capability evaluation across workplace productivity services including:
- Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva)
- Copilot and AI-assisted productivity capabilities
- Identity-integrated collaboration services
- Workflow and automation capabilities
Experience managing enterprise productivity platforms or SaaS collaboration environments, with strong familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 capabilities, roadmap evolution and operational considerations in large enterprise environments.
Experience applying product management practices such as discovery, experimentation, user insight and outcome-based prioritisation.
Experience delivering large-scale digital workplace, collaboration or SaaS adoption initiatives.
Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
Strong understanding of how enterprise technology platforms interact, including identity, security and operational reliability considerations.
Experience shaping product vision, strategy and OKRs for complex enterprise platforms.
