You will be responsible for
- Ensuring I understand our Core Purpose and the role I play in delivering this
- Role modelling the Tesco values and leading by example in what I do and how I behave
- Supporting the Colleague Engagement Centre team to identify and understand the root cause of failures
- Collaborating closely with the operational teams to understand opportunities for larger scale change through partners and surfacing these opportunities in the Business
Partnering and Change team
- Supporting the planning and implementation of change activity in the Colleague Engagement Centre through effective and accurate tracking
- Following the agreed change processes and ways of working
- Tracking measures of success for changes
- Supporting the transfer of changes into operational training and ensuring Senior Associate Trainers have a comprehensive understanding of all changes
- I support the delivery of change, helping the operation to land and embed messages through ensuring key people have a comprehensive understanding of all changes
- Supporting administration of contact reduction and forecasting data and information
- Understanding the part I play in delivering our important metrics and performance measures
- Delivering my own personal objectives, preparing for and participating fully in everyday and structured conversations with my colleagues and manager
- Knowing and maintaining my knowledge of work processes and sharing that knowledge freely with others
- Continually developing my skills to be the best I can be in my role
